"I couldn’t have imagined having our wedding without Maddie! It was obvious at our first meeting that she’s organized, has the skills and knowledge of how to handle wedding aspects and has had great experience. It was reassuring that she knew just the questions to ask to keep us on track while planning our large wedding at home.
The day of could not have been as perfect as it was without Maddie. She relieved my stress and allowed me, my husband and our families to truly enjoy the day. She coordinated the vendors of that day, making sure all the last minute items were completed and beautiful. It was so comforting to know she was there and that she would ensure everything was done the way we wanted and that any issues were addressed without us even knowing. "My husband and I couldn't imagine our special day without Maddie's guidance and support! From our very first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely organized, and has a keen eye for the aesthetically-pleasing. As a type A bride, I was so sure I'd thought of everything, but is on top of even the most minute details. It was reassuring to know that she was working in the background to put out any fires, without our guests being any the wiser. She did such a good job keeping us in the loop throughout the day without ever letting us feel her stress. We barely even saw her the day of because she was constantly running back and forth to meet all our vendors, and to ensure everything was set up properly in accordance with our vision. Yet somehow, she always seemed to be there when we needed her. The biggest compliment I can give Maddie is that she takes everything in stride. She is extremely flexible, adaptable, and good at thinking on her feet. Maddie carried herself with the utmost professionalism during the event, but still felt more like a friend than a vendor. She is just so easy to get along with, and seems to intuitively know exactly what you need. "When looking for a day of coordinator for our summer wedding, we decided to go with Lily & Pearls initially because of the affordability and the great reviews. After our consultation with Maddie, it was obvious that she was the right choice. Maddie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly organized. She has a true passion for what she does, and it showed with how much effort she put in to making sure our day went as smoothly as possible. At all of our meetings leading up to the wedding, she brought our attention to many little details that we wouldn’t have thought of without her. We had a couple of minor hiccups on the day of the wedding that both of us had no clue about until after the wedding because Maddie was so quick to resolve any issues. "I cannot recommend Maddie and her wedding coordination services enough!
During the meetings leading up to our wedding, Maddie and I bonded over our love for lists and all things organization and I knew instantly that I had made the right decision by hiring Maddie!
Maddie knew all the relevant questions to ask leading up to our big day, which made it clear that she cared about the little details and wanted our big day to go as smoothly as possible. Whether we had questions about the plans for our wedding day, or whether we simply needed someone to bounce ideas off of, Maddie was the perfect person to talk to. She had so many great ideas and suggestions, which helped us to put together the wedding day of our dreams! I went into my wedding day feeling completely stress- free because I knew that Maddie had everything under control, from last minute decorating, to problem solving if any conflicts came up.
When it came to our wedding day, we had the most perfect and stress-free day! We could not have asked for a better day and I know Maddie played such a huge role in that. After checking in briefly with me on the morning of the wedding, Maddie set up some last minute decorations and then coordinated vendor arrivals and kept in touch with my maids of honour to ensure that everything remained on schedule. This was so helpful as it allowed both my husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day, without having to worry about the behind the scenes details. To this day, I still have no idea if anything went wrong on our wedding day because of how seamlessly Maddie handled everything!
