Special Event Coordination - $350

Are you planning a special event? Whether is be a milestone birthday, a family reunion, an anniversary party or anything in between, a day-of-coordinator can bring your gathering to the next level!

What's Included:

  • One 90-minute in person planning meeting. Typically this is scheduled 4-6 weeks before your event date.

  • One 1-hour planning meeting to discuss any other details that may arise between our in person meeting and your event date. This meeting may be held virtually.

  • 4 hour on-site, day-of coordination

  • I will be available for quick consults and discussions via text or email for the 4 weeks leading up to your event date should any quick questions arise that you would like advice on.

  • On-site styling or décor set up. I am happy to tackle tasks like balloon arch design, welcome table décor and more.

  • I will supervise all vendor arrivals times, décor set up and day of payments if needed.

  • I will execute day of errands that may be required.

  • I will ensure the event is kept on track by providing behind the scenes coordination and cues for all moving parts of the day.

  • I will be available to make announcements and move the flow of traffic throughout the event.

This package includes travel costs for events within 50kms of Lily & Pearls.

For events outside of that radius, an additional flat rate travel fee of $200 will be charged.

 

Additional day-of-coordination time can be added to this package at a rate of $60/hr.
